Toilets

We have male and female toilets, which are at an appropriate height but also have steps available. These also have handwashing facilities including soap dispensers and hand driers.

Outdoor Areas

We are very lucky at Sunflowers to have numerous outdoor areas available to use, surrounded by lovely farm land and fields.

We have our very own secure outdoor play area with a climbing frame, slide, and balancing equipment. We also have a sandpit in this area. Children also have access to bikes, scooters, balls, ropes and many more activities. We continue our indoor provision outside with books, sand, water, playdough, jigsaws etc.

We are able to use the large playground for games and activities requiring more space. There is also balancing equipment, a pirate ship and large wooden house in this area. We also access the hills, trees and fields. We have some equipment on the hills. This includes a construction pit, a hideout and a mud kitchen. (Which is as delightfully messy and creative as it sounds)

We also use the large school hall for dance and movement sessions and in very bad weather.
